We believe in the Kingdom of God. That is to say we believe the purposes of God that Jesus prayed when He said that the will of the Father is for His Kingdom to come on Earth as it is in Heaven. When we speak about the Kingdom of God we are speaking about the Lordship of God in our lives, God’s way of being and doing. It is God’s government and purposes being established on Earth, as it is in Heaven. It is God’s rulership being in our lives (Romans 14:17, Luke 17:20-21, Matthew 6:9-10). God’s kingdom is the highest of all kingdoms and must have dominion here on Earth (Revelation 11:15). Jesus went preaching that the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven are at hand. We believe that Jesus is the Kingdom. He lives inside of us and it is now no longer I who lives but Christ Who lives in me. We are now called to be Christ in the Earth. We believe we do not get into the Kingdom of God by dying but by being “Born Again” (John 3:3-7).
We are seated in Heavenly places and we are standing on Earth. This means that we are placed in the position where we can bring heaven to earth. We are gates and channels through which God lives out His life in us. The Kingdom comes in us and through us and that is also living out God’s will more and more as we grow into mature sons and daughters of God. We believe God has given the earth to us to have dominion over and that when all is shaken then that which remains will be the Kingdom of God here on earth which is part of our inheritance in Christ (Hebrews 12:26-29, 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17, Revelation 3:2, Matthew 24:40-41, Isaiah 4:1-6, Ezekiel 9:8, Zachariah 13:8, 14:6, Luke 17:27).
We believe that when Jesus said, “It is finished”, that He truly meant it is finished. That He has conquered the laws of sin and death (Romans 8:2, 1 Corinthians 15:56,57). Because of this victory on the cross we have been made sons and daughters of the Living God and have therefore ALREADY inherited the fullness of what God has for us because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We have been made co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:1-17). We are now no longer punishable! Jesus took the punishment once, for all of us (Hebrews 10:1-25). We no longer have to prove ourselves to God and there is nothing that satisfies God except faith. Faith is believing that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). Therefore we now no longer strive to please Him by what we do but we please Him by believing that He is God and we enter into relationship with Him. The enemy has been defeated at the cross! He is a defeated foe and only has the power we allow him (Colossians 2:15).
God has forgotten our sin
Every sin we have done, are doing, or will ever do is already forgiven
God lives in us
Grace, by the power of the Holy Spirit, empowers us to live like Christ
Christ is coming back to earth to be with us, not to rapture us to Heaven. We believe in the revealing and return of Jesus Christ
The Kingdom has come and is coming in us and through us
We now get to live from the place of being sons and daughters of God. We live from what He has already done for us and not what we need to do. As sons and daughters who have received the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:16-19, Colossians 2:9) and believe in His Kingdom on earth, we now know that our lives must reflect the very life of Christ in word and deed because we have been called and we have been justified by Christ. He is the prototype, the first 100% God, 100% man and we are the brethren that follow in that same manner (Romans 8:29,30). Every bad and negative thing, every curse, sickness, disease, emotional problems, financial problems and also the enemy has been dealt with and defeated at and by the cross when an innocent and sinless man was crucified. We were part of that and have been buried with Him and raised in Him so we share in this victory (Colossian 2:11-15).
We believe in the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit, as Jesus said it was good for Him to leave so He could send the Holy Spirit (John 16:7). The Holy Spirit is the One that reveals the Father to us and He is free to speak and move as He chooses. He has revealed the Love of the Father to us and continues to reveal it. We were first loved by God (1 John 4:10), and it is from this amazing love that we respond to live out a culture of love, family and honour. In this culture the character of Christ is revealed through servitude, honour, love, joy, generosity, passion, healings, prayer and relationships between people.
We are now free, accepted, chosen, loved, forgiven and have been given every good spiritual gift (Ephesians 1:3,4). This is what God has already done and who He has made us and now we choose to accept that and live from the place of what He has already done for us and who He says we are. The practical living out of these amazing truths that have happened in our spirits is the exciting path and relationship that we get to live out, which is the process of becoming mature children of God and accurate reflections of Christ in the earth.
